Thrown and sculptured vase, international gallery level

A superb piece from 2021 firings. Very strong sculptured cuts into the clay, with dramatic movement, and colour. very dark burnt Siena colour, coming from the impurities: i.e. bronze dust, I put into the raw clay. A powerful form, with a natural Chun glaze inside, just visible on the rim. Signed on the base with fired oxide, a truly one-off piece of this period of my gallery work.
