A wood-fired Chawan tea bowl. Hand-thrown and cut sided in stoneware. An interesting outer surface contrasting white glaze with soda flashing orange with ash and oxides. Some splashes of tenmoku melting into the dolomite white. A complete one-off as with all of this series of my personal work.
