A super piece from my Ice scape series only 5 pieces made 2021

A very unique piece made in 2021. From my series Ice scape  . This piece is thrown and cut, to made the angled surface , the oxides and impurities inside the clay, are pulled through the glaze by the flames during the firing  The surface has an almost Icey, waxy feel  This vase could stand happy on its own, or with a simple Ikebana type bamboo branch, or single living wood.
